You used to be my favorite travel blogger and I looked forward to your articles.

I stopped getting my GSTP premium emails in May of 2022 but I was charged the $24 annual fee in June 2022. I stopped getting regular emails in Dec 2022 and followed the links on your site to resolve but NO RESPONSE.

Now I just received another email that on June 4 2023 the $24 fee was charged again. I clicked on the link to stop it but the charge posted anyway. Cap1 says I have to contact you to get this resolved.

I want my money back and please take me off your B***hit list since you aren’t sending me anything anyway.

Great experiences could lead to more interest and long-term growth in people wanting to manage travel points. I just wander in the short-term, companies see this leading to less likelihood of points redemption, points expiring (or devaluing) and a loss in the short-term. Unfortunately, a lot of times short-term thinking wins out.
